October was not quite the productive month that September had been.
Even so, I managed to get past a big hump of inertia blocking progress on the non-fiction project. On the novel, I finished the rewrite of a chapter, but have been procrastinating around reading that towards doing the revision of that chapter. I did write a few hundred words on the entertainment, got revisions on the story I workshopped finished and sent it out on submission, garnering two rejections fairly early on, one form rejection and one near-miss which confirms my feeling that this story is pretty good, And even some lines of poetry.
