The status is showing up a bit early this month since I’m going on vacation and won’t be doing any active writing work while I’m gone.¹
Got one of my workshopped stories revised and out into submissions as well as wrote a new short-short and workshopped it (I think this needs another round of revision and workshopping before it goes out, though).
Finished the annotation read and started doing some actual revision work, but the first chapter is a big mess so it’s going to take a while before I can do anything with it.
- But I’m still going to take my manuscript with me along with a notebook so maybe I’ll do some pre-revision planning. More likely will be writing some poetry as every time I write a poem while on vacation with my kids it gets picked up for publication in its first round of submissions.
